Give it a title and paste the text. Add the people who have to sign, and any boxes you want them to fill in as they go: a date, a company name, initials, a tick.
They get their own link
Each person gets a private link by email. It belongs only to them. It opens in whatever browser they already have, and they sign by drawing with a finger or typing their name.

Every finished document gets a certificate at its own web address. Send that link to a bank, a broker or a court and they can see who signed, when, and that the file in front of them is the file that was signed.

It chases people so you do not have to
See who has opened it and who has not. One press sends a reminder, and it will not let you nag the same person twice in twelve hours. Links can expire. Void a document and nobody can sign it after that.

Signature images are encrypted where they sit. You choose whether the finished PDF is emailed as an attachment or as a secure link, so a signed contract does not have to live in somebody's inbox for ever.

You are subscribing for the number of people shown above. Add or remove people later and we change it with you. You will finish on PayPal and come straight back. Nothing is charged until you approve it there, and you can cancel the subscription yourself from your PayPal account at any time.

No cap on how many you send
Every paid plan here is unlimited documents. That is worth checking elsewhere before you buy: DocuSign’s Standard and Business Pro plans allow roughly 100 documents per person per year, and running out is the complaint their customers make most.
Your name on it from the first paid plan
Your logo and your color on the signing page, on the emails and inside the finished PDF, starting at $15. It is not held back as a reason to move you up a tier.
The person signing never pays and never signs up
You are charged for the people who send. Everybody who signs is free, for ever, however many of them there are. They tap a link and it opens. No account, no app, no password.
A certificate a stranger can check
Every finished document gets a certificate at its own web address, with a fingerprint of the exact file. A bank, a broker or a court can check it themselves without an account and without asking you for anything.
It lands on the customer record by itself
